Today went to Airmas office, sales person say this project wont launch so soon, probably mid of next year. It was delay and delay for the official launch of this project.

How much need to pay for booking? Do Anyone know about this?

Area in Look Yuen restaurant such as taman kerjasama and central way are not bad too.

Airmas is a reputable developer… but why are they waiting so long to lunch this project. I already registered 2 years ago but untill now they keep on saying next year. If i go next year they will sure say next year again(2013)!!!

I think the antanne aint going to move. they are clearing the land now, i think soon will start launching, maybe next property fair.

the locate is good, but the existing shop and infra are old, even feel like ruin. and the new houses are behind this old shops/house, abit sian.

How about the price? still remain or will increase?

Last year April I heard about this project and sales person told me that it will launch in about 3 months time, until now still no news.

the project still under overburden n clearing the red earth stage only,I think not that fast it will b launch,need take sometime.

Don’t waste time waiting for this project. Something funny is happening. Now there another developer start building house there called as “Taman Villa Indah”. Maybe the land no more belongs to AIRMAS ready

Actually there are two different projects, Taman villa indah by Kemas Villa and Taman Indah by Airmas. Both projects in progress now. Just checked with Airmas, there are still units available for both terrace and semiD. Only 3 units left for terrace (checked during CNY), price from 538K for terrace, not GnG. 1 of the unit release because previous buyer cant get loan approval (personally don’t like this unit because behind the house is shoplot – soils and materials lab, feel very dirty), another 2 units is corner, but facing junction.

Still have available DST? DST is facing junction or field, i think most of it not facing junction ald taken up. Personally i don like the shoplot behind the DST. What is your concern?

you may call to Airmas office to confirm. But behind the DST is old shoplot.. a bit sien. Actually I’m looking for DST too.. but dun prefer own stay house just behind the old shoplot. You may try to visit the site see how.

Yesterday I visited to their show house and yes, there’re lots of unit left, except DST…
If not mistaken, DST only left for both corner unit, and one intermittent unit.

I’m looking on DS Semi-D for this project. Although i like that location and the design, but the price (898k) seems like too high for me…

i went already last 2 weeks, ya, the terrace just leave some bad feng shui unit. and i agree with you that Semi-D is too expensive, i really can’t afford to buy, haha. anyway the salesman told me in future, airmas will got future project next to this taman, and it is G&G, but for sure, the price is like sky price. haha

Yup, they told me about this as well. Also they told me that in future there’ll be a road connect to Jalan Kebun Sireh…
I still remember there’s once i saw them have a counter in a property fair during mid of this year, and i asked them about this project. They told me that they have a discount about 30k for DS Semi-D. Yesterday i asked and they told me 50k discount. Just wondering can i wait till they cut 100k? Hahaha…

im one of the owner, what i can said is the developer very bad in after sales service, some more the unit got few place leaking, ant they dont even wanna fix it for me. very very disappointed.

Went there recently…3 years plus ready the quality is very good…looking forward to buy…nice area that is being developed.
