this project is suck…. very inner into the kampung area and deverloper is having no plan to widen the access road.
Yes.. i hv visited site few times.. No good surrouding .. But suprise still can sell like hot cake

Yes, the surrounding is actually not that nice. But i guess the large provision of reserve park is very generous. Good for ppl who love nature….
surrounding wher got nice? need to drive pass nasi kandar shop, low cost flats then only can reach the home.
Not sure you guys count on the road bump or not. Roughly 10 road bump from main road till you reach at Sunway Cassia site. Really pek chek

if such a bad project, why still sold out that fast? most of the buyers should b investor, i guess.
In my opinion, first of all, it’s the 1st phase with limited unit with total 30++ units. I also guess most of them are investors. In their mindset or base on past history, 1st phase is the low ceiling price. When it develops on 2nd and subsequent phase, price will getting expensive and expensive. So for investors, if they want to invest, 1st phase would always their choice. You can refer to Bayan city, One residence, golden triangle… subsequent phase sold more expensive. in terms of location wise, sunway cassia is better than sunway aspera
foreigners love nature…but for Malaysian, isn’t it a course of insects flying everywhere ? thinking of grab 1 unit for phase 2 though…. can anybody share opinion(no matter good or bad points ), whether is worth to grab 1 for this project? or any other similiar projects to recommend?

zltan why not you grab i unit in Sunway merica . That area much better then here. Price cheaper.

Then phase 2 is not for you. There’s a lot project in mainland might be suitable for you.
Merica is only around RM820k onwards. they’re giving a 10% discount now…
To be exact, all intermediate units are already sold off except a few of the Semi-D. So the 820K is as good as gone unless you place your booking for the bumi lot release. It will be >900k by then most probably if not above 1mil.
I am now considering SPI subsale or sunway merica. Any one can give some opinion? which 1 better in term of location, environment, future appreciate value and etc. Thanks
If it’s link- terrace you’re hunting for, go for Merica for more space. Design is nice, material spec given is slightly better.
Location wise, maybe some people don’t like Merica because of graveyard nearby.
If security is more on your mind, go for SPI. Merica is not guarded. At least for now.
Thanks for the opinion CK, my gf dont like sunway merica location, she like SPI environemnt, she say very nice. But I think SPI outlook like a bit ‘outdated’ after see sunway merica and interior also sunway merica better. My gf like Setia Phase 2 Rosemary type. But i saw a few advertisement from mudah. The price range is from RM850k onwards.
Do some homework. There’s some Rosemary unit going for 800K. Launching price was +/-600K.
