Yes, its launched few months ago. Last time i visited there price are even lower sells from RM135k.

A bit different from condo project, the price of unit here is more expensive in lower floor and getting cheaper at higher floor, which i dont understand when we compare to the condo pricing structure.

i sam mudah.com, the selling price is RM190k. Look at Pangsapuri Widuri, very poor maintenance, the developer did extreme poor management, many foreign workers stay at this place, smart people not interest to buy it.

As i knew, Widuri is a low cost apartment, 1st developer run aways and this developer take over to continue the construction. The sale price is start from 60k ~ 80k. Just now the market price around 90k~120k only.

Sri Cempa are different, it’s built by this developer from the first and the end. The first sale price was reach 135k above. Just now the market price become 200k above.
I saw on muday.com, have people sale 250k

I m the owner of Widuri Apt & manage to sell it (lost few thousands) few years ago. When Widuri Apt launched, it price from 75k (750sf) to 104k (880sf), it consider as medium cost apt. Ya, that project got trouble & stop construction for 3 yrs. 1st developer facing financial problem & then new developer took over the project, i,e, Harta Intan. The new developer also the old developer, just change 1 or 2 directors, most buyers just wanna home to complete, therefore did not claim the delay interest. Now Widuri Apt consider ‘black list’ project, most finance institute reject to finance loan to new buyers.

For owner wanna sell at higher price for Widuri, i just wanna say: good luck or hokkien say: ban ban tan. Break even or no lost consider very good already. Therefore, for those interest to buy Seri Cempa Apt, think twice, for own stay ok, for investment: better keep hard earn money in bank.

Widuri is a combination lower cost & medium cost apartment which the house size seperate as 750sf & 880sf the price around 75k ~ 110k as you said, hugh unit with a bigger car park. Therefore, the residence are come from low & medium income.

Sri Cempa just have 88 unit and the start lanuch price become 135k above, so the residence may come from medium income, seldom low income people able to buy it. So, i believe the owner able manage their house to make the house value to increase.

The both apartment are different status, therefore it may become different value. All of the house value are depend for how the owner care about their property & what’s status of service provided by Management.

History is give a reference and remind don’t make it happen again. I believe the Developer wouldn’t make their company name’s in ‘black listed’ again.

Apartment Sri Chempa there selling price is Rm195k,now just left 1st floor around 3 unit and the show house with furniture and fully furnish is selling rm 250k.

Your unit at which floor, have sea view ? As i know the car park more is open area and don’t have shield. The rental price may unable reach RM600.

Isn’t your unit have furnish with complete kitchen, fan, lamp, door and etc ?

You mention that your house without complete kitchen isn’t mean just have a basic sink without have cabinet ? The car park is nice with sunroofs, if your unit is corner side mare better, at least can have a side view.

Hi WT Khor, my house may fit your requirement with basic furnish ceiling fan, lamp, door, window & door gate, air cond at master room & etc. The special point is i have kitchen sink cabinet, Card park under building with sunroofs and corner unit with side view as per request. The rental price is RM 680/months.
