I went to check out their Pearl Villa and Pearl Garden. Quality is moderately low. The walls are not straight and they don’t give good quality doors. However price is cheaper than other houses. You can top up with your own reno.
now tambun indah houses do not considered cheap anymore…latest semi d about 500k already..with such poor quality workmanship for their past projects, please check carefully before any decisions being made. they might have improved, but you need to go yourself to see first…

My relative just got the key and check for defect. They said the house defects are super many. Low quality and bad handwork. Never experience such a poor quality house.. very disappointed.
I got my key too. i have not really gone through the house yet but generally it looks good. Jonathan can you share with us what are the defects your relative has found?
Many areas got wall crack, door can’t close properly, big gap in between and shit inside the store room etc. Really shit ! You better check properly.

That happens to all projects. Doors are usually cheap. Walls are always seen cracks. These happen.

Many owners of the house is buy for invest not own stay, and they have mark up the price crazily more than 400k which is ridiculous, the owners always use the reason of Tesco and Jusco around. To be honest, this area is not worth to buy at all. Recently, this area is prone to flood at the main entrance road which all ppl living at this area already experience and should aware of this. For ppl would like to buy the subsale from these area, pls think twice, you may do research and make your own judgement before made the decision.
