Am interested in semi -D at Pearl island setia group. Is this property worth investing? At this price of Rm1409000. Since the launch in Dec2010 has the property increase in price?

Probably a bit late now. Anyway, I believe oc has been obtained. I saw the very first terrace corner lot has on left side has someone moved in. Look still pretty messy though, may be noy fully moved yet
I believe about 1.1mil, the best call up office. I saw a unit for sub sale about a week ago somewhere at 1.28mil. I guess it will touch 1.3mil
bumi release i heard is 1.68mil.
