I think there got too many land and do not know where to build first! Haha……not lah! Just kidding, ok from what I observed so far,
Island’s projects are more profitable that way they go for more aggressive(this is something to do with land they lock in at vey low price)whereas, for butterworth they slowing down because they are waiting for better timing for lauching at better price! Normally, same thing in Penang, butterworth price will be sales at half of island price, however, developer now realizing, island not more land, (how i know? Many Projects was going on at batu maung, balik pulau and reclaim land, whereby there was never happen before) as population grow and effect of urbanization continuous, the property price ration gap will be reduce in between island and mainland, how fast it happen it depend factor like gov policy, developer project, investment from oversea country and so on………………

Think before you buy any property here. When you are to renovate your house,
there will be someone offering his services. ( Raja Uda, Bagan Lalang,Ong YI
    How etc.)

Should be okay lah at that kind of price.

My problem with Bagan Lallang and some portion of mainland B’worth is the noise generated by the planes taking off / landing at the RMAF…. banyak bising :(

    Aunty Kelly,

I got one unit apartment.. 21st floor…. also full of dust!!! and mosquitoes!!
So it is a natural thing that you need to deal with every day… no choice….

Even my grandpa house in Sg Lembing Pahang within some jungle also full of dust. ha ha…

Ah… you also cannot use a font size 72 to paint the whole Mainland as dusty.

There are places that have little dust too… :) However, it’s a subjective thing and to me… not much of a problem because there are some robots that help me vacuum every day

    Hahaha…
