the high voltage cable is very near to the project.
I dont think the voltage cable will impact the house price..
I will not buy a house that can see high voltage cable on top or near (can be seen) to my house.
It is jsut an eye sore to everyone. Forget about this 0.7-0.8 million dollar house.
high voltage will affect the house’s value, especially when come to sub sales, hard to get value or will slash loan margin.
Went to cny launching today. The semi-D is just nicely designed, but the location was not par to the price of 798k semi-d. U can firstly see the power cable once u drive in frm guard hse. I think is approx. 200 metres away. This is the main drawback for this project. It’s for long term living, not 1/2 day stay. What’s your opinions?
How is the response for this project, many people book?
I think with this location is not worth the price, they really sell over price.

The progress is this project is really fast. The structure has been eracted. I think Butterworth lack G&G with facilities houses, that’s why it is so laku. So far, only Palm Villas. Tah Wah’s Orange Residences might not be materialised due to land issue. Should have grab 1 when the price was RM 700K.

Anyone bought ” Residence 2″ price frm 840k. Better than phase 1 due to much more away frm high tension cable which been blocked by phase 1.

This non-gated 2nd phase freehold title better than the 1st phase strata title. U can renovate/extend/re-paint if u have extra $$.

Been to the site & noticed almost completed except the road. Wondering how much will be for sub-sale. Furthermore, there is only limited units 2nd phase just opposite of the main entrance. 2nd phase would be more expensive than 1st phase. More exclusive…

You will be surprised !! Airmas sold the bungalow at phase 2 ( non gated ) for 1.8M. Prices of property at that area is appreciating a lot due to it’s close proximity with Raja Uda and the fact that it’s just 5 mins away from Chung Ling school.
Most of the island folks seem oblivious about the dynamics of property market in mainland Penang and are making uninformed comments just for the sake of doing so…a property this size would cost 4.5M on the island.

This project just beside high tension cable, terrible to stay here lah.
No..mine is very far from the cables. Only a few units are near..even then they are more than 100fts away.

Near actually means can see the cables from house. If in the house compound (in the house or in the garden of your house) cannot see cable, then ok la.
No one will buy a house if can see cable from the house. Not nice mah.
100fts away mean just 5 units of terrace away only. Wah, TERRIBLE.
Some terrace length is 100ft. So means it’s 1 terrace away.

Well like I said….those are the few end units. Anyway even those are sold out ( I believe the developer has only one last unit left ). May be it’s 100m …i’m not sure. Mr ‘Bull_Shit’ thinks nobody will buy…but actually 96 peoples have bought already properties in this project.
Anyway I don’t think most of those commenting here are not real prospect buyers but just making comments for the sake of doing so. If there are any ‘real’ potential buyers out there…pls let me know.
