heard from a friend staying there… there are wall cracks very obvious at the car park and rubbish dumping area…
I never been to zan pavilion but went to zan ara. The workmanship is below expectation, and the layout is totally out!!! The toilet is beside balcony and outside the house. A very creative design and asking price is RM250K!!! The time I went inside I was “OMG!!!! @.@”.
developer give mixer for water heater in bath room, but no concealed hot water piping done during construction? what a joke! expect to hack the tile and put all again out self? what is the bathtub for then…….

Anyone heard about the increasing maintenance fees at Zan Pavilion? there are 2 versions, one said increase to 20cent/sf, one said to be 25cent/sf. meaning that maintenance to be 410rm or 520rm in near future. Is this true? is the facility worth for rm400+ or rm500+. Thanks

Jane, are you sure Zan pavillon is the condominium you are talking about? for your info, Zan Pavillon’s swimming pool’s length is as long as 23 metres/75 ft which is as long as the width of 3-4 terrace houses
Better buy the landed properties around this area before the price shoots up again….

Small pool..big deal? As if you gonna swim 8 hours a day. After some years, any pool will be a pond if the JMB is bad. That should be the concern.
