Recently, I went to have a look at the Semi-D which has been completed months ago and im quite impressed with the workmanship. Besides, the location is great, design & concept look impressive, guarded community, and has other great facilities. I just can’t wait to move in when my phase 3 bungalow unit is completed.

semi d i think left one corner unit…bungalow about 8 units if i am not wrong..pricing you can check in their website…land size and built up is definitely bigger than most of the projects in mainland…

I like this project a lot but too bad I wasn’t in Penang when it was launched =( anyway you can refer to mudah, there are a few subsales listed there but very pricy and you also need to pay for all the legal fees… Which is quite a bit if you add them altogether

The referral is for Jesselton hills. I’m not sure if this project has any though.
Call the developer few days back, they said all unit sold out. Last phase b’low will oc ready in March next year.
Its on high side dy 700k not included SPA & Legal Fees.

Visit to the site this morning, internal road are completed, now working the main entrance road. Club house, shop lot and last phase b’low are work in progress.

TQ hate. I search in google about this location. what I found was :
1. The main road will link to Penang Science Park soon
2. there is a chicken farm nearby
3. at this time, this project is the best amongst the taman around
4. nearby Taman Bukit Juru (juru heights) use as placement of foreign workers. Is this foreigners issue will be any impact on this project? Some people comment if Juru Heights maintained as foreign placement, surrounding Taman no need to worry because all the foreign workers will only place there as one stop centre.

Juru Heights is foreign workers master site in Butterworth? Soon there will be Little Indonesia, Little Bangladesh, Little Vietnam, Little Cambodia, Little Nepal. Malaysia, truly Asia.
are you going to buy this residency cendana property? if not i think dont do the research lah..your research will break down some of the secrets. If foreign workers are comfortable to live at Juru Heights and building owners also agree so let them there!
there is no secrets whatsoever, malaysia are known to want balak and banglas foreigners than talented locals…foreigners are everywhere now even living in zan villa semi d in island…20 or 30 people in one semi d…actually all this depends on the owners itself, you would have no control over it…
who’s wrong? Developer Tambun Indah? Owners? Juru Heights residents association? or MPSP?
Yes foreigners everywhere but if half or 3/4 of the taman use for foreigners placement that too crazy.

Dont worry it is my responsibility to ensure harmony in this taman. Even this is not a million project but we still can make this area as high class living if everybody take responsibility to protect this taman.

Hi SH, it seems like there is a slight delay on the completion on the Phase 5. It is expected to be completed by early of August’13.

The fencing design looks no so high class.
This project come with an alarm system and its only guarded, its a freehold and individual title project. Ohya, this project comes with a other facilities such as clubhouse, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Hunza will develop an 16 acres of land in juru. This will only bossted the price in the surrounding area and consider the link to penang science park to be completed in future. This place is a great place. 10 minutes to Auto-City and North South Highway, 15 minutes to Penang Bridge, 15 mins to the nearest hypermarket Aeon Big, 20 minutes to BM.
The only setback in Juru, is the amount placement of foreign worker at Juru Heights. Its really huge and can be consider little village of the foreigners. Lucky enough to the Cendanians, Residency, they are quite a distance from them which is estimated bout 1km. Phew!!!
Seeing Damansara Bakti advertised to release Bungalow (Aden type) with bigger land size 5000+ at rm 1200K ++. Does it mean the standard land size Bungalow (Aden type) have 1000K market value?
So far I am seeing the bungalow of this project ( Tmn Cendana Indah ) having the biggest land area as compare to other bungalow projects. 5000+ sqft and 6000+ sqft is the most suitable land size for comfort and usability. I am not seeing that many unit of bungalow left for sale.
I saw the bungalow with land size about 5400 sqft for sell. Call them up if you still interested
