3 years ago i was planning palma laguna for my first house because that time it in 300k-305k for a new unit.. now the price still below 300k (2020 years)

luckily my final decision was buying penang island low cost flat second hand unit, 3 years before was 175k, and now 280k..

Damn safe to select correct choices
