Penang people still do not have good mind set of pay maintenance, what if many not pay? Good luck buyer.
Checked with them, the maintenance fee is not that high, and they have a very good way to ensure all owner pay those fee ontime.

Good investment, 5 minutes to penang bridge. 15 mins to first avenue. now bit jam at morning and evening due to traffic. Should get decent rental. Interesting to see once second bridge comes up. Some more me and family will like the waterpark.
Two blocks share with one common facility. Just like the other screwed up project at Cassia condominium. Both committee frm the blocks fighting until getting Adun, YB and policemen. Until today still fighting, physical fight!! Definately a no no. To all pls think twice.

This project is high density and the waterpark will be expensive to maintain. Just imagine every eeekend you have to join the few hundred crowds in the waterparks cos every units will further invite their relatives to use the waterpark. Its free entry, who else still wan to go bukit merah waterpark??

Mydin is not walking distance for Palma owner, some more they need to drive & turn a big round to Mydin. I think the best location for Mainland condo is BM City, the BM City owner just a walking distance can go to shopping at Jusco, Perai.

1100sqft for 450k u can get those in island. I believe the price can be this high but the question is will he or she are able to get a willing buyer to pay for overvalue piece of property. Price of property can set any offer price but valuer are not. Banker will not approve such loan.

I think many are first time speculator selling home. Simply mark up the price but won’t know how many buyers are willing to pay more than 10% of asking price. Asking price and market always varies 20-40% higher for asking price and most of all you are wasting time with those buyer that unable to secure the loan.

The worst condo built in penang mainland. My bro bought this condo, he been staying there for 3months+ so far only about 20+ owner moved in. Must be the location and environment problem. His body full of swollen parts after bitten by tomcats and his house always need to be cleaned as nearby area very dirty. He got his carpark at level 3, have to make at least 7/8 turns round before reach his carpark. The management guys also very lazy and never handle case properly, all empty promises.

The DIBS project seems facing this low occupy problem. Very soon the condo price will drop and good news for those ready to takeover.

This unit is absolutely shit project…super low occupy rate, wall start to crack, the pipe so obvious in the bathroom, another project just start to build beside, security guard never check on walk in people..i am a buyer, but so so disappointed when go to see the unit with agent yesterday…

screw up low cost project
Collected my key and paid 1st time visit yesterday. Great view frm my skyscraper unit, promising gurney and Penang bridge view despite heavy haze.. Overall material like the switches, taps, door given are better than previous project in R.Uda. But very bad bathroom design… Why not to conceal those ugly sewage pipings la mr designer??? How come all sudden there’s one low cost apartment came up in front of Pinang Laguna? Not a good news for those facing BM view units…
