Wow property price is going crazy now if Relau is selling for RM550 per sf for their 930sf then Boulevard price should be at least RM530K for the smallest unit now.

WTF!!!!! The place is suck ! Try to see the surrouding !And this condo definetely is very hard to access ! 1 good example is Asia Height in Farlim…Go and see how you access into it!
As long as foreigner worker (not expat) not allocated to Batu Kawan there, you will still have a chance to stay with Banglash/Nepal/Indon!Then, your condo price is bye bye then !
I live in Farlim. Getting into it is not difficult. But I personally think the land does not worth the price. But no bad for a relatively new property.
Guess you are not staying in this area…
Think if you look at Farlim area…Boulevard is one of the best or the best place because of the easy access…why because you are just meters away from the Batu Lanchang Road and Lebuh Raya Thean Teik…
It is peaceful and quiet…not as noisy as other development around it…
The fact is simple. As long as it is not shineville park, any other condo on farlim is better and comes with good appreciation.
Latest news i heard is the work agency has rented at least 10units in shineville park for their foreign factory workers. Each units meant to house 20 to 25people.
Lets not stay with banglasia in bangla condo. Will be messy and dirty.

When only you see it, then only you can confirm. Those condos like ASP and SVP, OC not even obtain and you already said something not yet happen, only heard.
It is good to say something good about our own condo, instead saying bad things about other condos.
I won’t be surprised if you have foreign workers staying here. You need to ask the management to increase the chlorine level in the pool to avoid having STD spreading in the pool.

What you said is very possible. With the “bong” right in front, who would want to rent? So, rent it out to house banglas lor…..:) For the owner occupiers, don’t forget to ask the management to increase the chlorine level in the pool to avoid having STD spreading in the pool.

I’m staying in BLVD , confirm no bangla staying here.
Mostly staying here is with family.
The environment is very good.
Every unit come with at least 2 car park.
BLVD have more than 30 plus visitor car park (my visitor no need worry where to park their car),
1 thing i dislike about SVP is …
— why so many unit come with only 1 car park , even the subsale
( house got 4 room but only 1 car ? )
— got visitor car pack ?
— Can’t turn to right from direction Jalan Batu Lanchang , so not so convenience at all.
For Bangla issue, very easy to settle only , such as zan pavillion (they way the implement it was very successful)
Bangla is not allowed to use the facilities.

heard that those owners that are allocated carparks at “higher” floors are making “noises” that they have to circle the whole carparks 7 or 8 times to reach the bottom or up everytime they need to park….very inconvenient I guess.
This condo is the worst condo in farlim.. SVP is much much better..and class…
For me ASP is the best among the 3. Full of amenities.
