Dont think its wedding la, maybe the traditional “Lao Tia Meh”. Reflection is lucky because it have plenty of owner who is like me, who buy just so that we can go visit once a while. We never rent it out, nor we have the intention to rent to bangla. Thats the difference between an owner who can afford, compare to those flippers.

Trust me bro… is wedding event. They hire a very good singers and band. Sing all night and even play wedding songs in the middle of event. The joint mgmt chairman even confirmed this wedding event during the second joint mgmt meeting. The thing is the Setia Cust care did a poor job to understand what event the customer is booking.

The Setia customer service has done good deed by allowing the wedding dinner lah. Somehow a lot of un-occupy units there. Rent out at least can get some income to cover for the fast run down facilities mah. Before it is further damage and depreciate. Hee hee.

When is Setia Triangle completion date? Which floor should I buy to prevent from being block by it?

Dec 2015, now finish till top floor already. For ~700k purchase this kind of amount, you should to see yourself, not based on other people comment. Weekend u can go Setia Pearl Island show house area, from there you can have a good view on both Reflections & Setia Triangle. You can compare and decide which floor is suitable for you.
Ezalor are you an owner of Reflection? I seldom travel to Penang, do you mind telling me exactly the same question as what Kenny ask above? Tried calling to the office, but they gave me a very vague answer. Just want to do some survey here before going to the site again, hope you can help out.

Jazzle, no offence , but 23rd floor is really too high. Everytime go carpark needs to wait for lift etc. ideal floor would be 7th floor to 15th floor. No point staying so high up on a hilly place.

I am one of the owner, i must agreed that high floor is really not suitable for this high density apartment. Now the residence that stays here is only around 30%. Do you think the lift still enough if 80-90% residence move in?

Yes it’s sufficient if all the lifts is fully running on service.

Trust me, its not , if the occupancy rate is above 70%. They should seperate the lift like what my other apartment did. 2 lift for lower level and 3 lift for higher level. That would have reduce the waiting time, just saying.
Anyway, on a side question, any idea when the project next to our apartment will be completed?
Can this project any further after Triangle complete? Any info when the shoplot for triangle will complete?
OC should be obtained by Q4 of the year.
The lift is very subjective, as the rotation can be changed to adjust the usage of the resident.
So far, the waiting time is not that long.
Visited this condominium for few times before purchasing. One thing that is putting me off to buy is the contractor engage to do the cleaning is not doing a good job. The whole condo and the kids area is so dusty that i did not see anyone using during my few visits. I like everything, except the cleanliness. I know there is a project beside it that is going on which contributes dust, but the cleaner should clean the floor and other facilities constantly.

If consider renting unit,
1.Need check list to mark all items in good condition ( including car device and all access cards)
2. Make sure all lights are function-able. Just learnt repairs master bedroom lights cost RM 250@ Pg.
3. If you concern about maintenance fees paid off. Pls check with management office before renting a unit. (>13 months maintenance fees not paid)

Maybe the access card being blocked due to overdue maintenance fee not being paid. What master room light repair cost rm250 and should that repair by house owner ?
@NG : 3 months vacation stay agreement,so its not the full tenant agreement.
After retried few times couldn’t make it, and using the security device+ access card to try, it actually works. Security said this issue been highlighted earlier to previous owner. In fact,it comes to agreement to buy new device & get receipt RM150, and deduct in subsequent rental.Well,issue never ends there. Owner deducted after 1 week check out via deposit.
I never get rent house earlier.In common sense, light should repair by owner. This was charged to me after 1 week check out. I asked receipt, but owner claimed didn’t have. Thus, I find this is blindly charge. As never thought light in master bedroom needs to be repaired at this price ( way off market price).
Things happened,and money was deducted. I think I get fooled due to inexperience, lesson sharing to avoid someone else get trap later.
