1 bought 2 condos in bandar malaysia kl with same price 1 buy one in solaria bayan lepas. so what with free hold and lease hold. its for investment. tenant not going to see lease hold or free hold and price hike at least for another 50 years and i am not going to life till that years.

Went to the Sales gallery and the package of 6% guarantee return are attractive but i worry that with 700 over unit, airbnb rental would be very competitive, for me i think its very overprice with such sqft

Hi Marcus, my personal opinion. Sunsuri is low risk for investment with the reason of low down payment and with the 6% return that will cover for the 1st 3yrs. Furthermore 1st yr free maintenance. I don’t recommend for own stay as the size of the unit a bit too small for this pricing but good enough for Air BnB. Just my opinion.
When is the target completion year?
And is this freehold?
Freehold with a commercial title. Completion target another 4yrs from now.

I think the Air BnB attractive for traveler that will be for short stop over before connecting their flight due to close proximity to Airport. Another potential is for business traveler for short term stay due to close proximity to Bayan Lepas industrial zone. Just my opinion.

Feel like getting cheated. Signed the SnP a year ago but got told now that somebody else wanted to buy my block, turned out my snp never got stamped and i wasted 1 whole year waiting for it. Will never trust ideal again.

As I know before bank releases loan, there will be some small penalty. If loan already released to developer, I think you need to bear 10% of the loan if you cancel.

Yup, it should not released if the SPA is not stamped yet. But if you have already signed the Ltter Offer from bank, I think you best check with your banker to see if there’s any charges to void the agreement. If it’s not released I believe it’s not as much as 10%.
I don’t see any construction activities after so many months ago. Ideal website still put it under on-going project. What’s wrong with this project? Ideal project won’t be that slow actually.

Last week, i called Ideal Property and Bank to cancel the deal.
S&P is void anyway due to the tower A1 / A2 topic.
Bank side no fees / charges on the cancelation.

Sunsuri Residence new show unit has been done renovation. They layout has been changes completely. We will receive the invitation to visit the new show unit soon maybe.

I am pretty sure you can cancel the purchase as the project name had been changed to “Sunsuri Resort Residences”. I think your previous signed loan and SnP is no longer valid.
Ya, yester visited showroom and confirmed with agent, said can cancel if dont want. Actually i just worry after signed again dont know will wait another year or not.. Haha.. Waste time
2 of my friends cancelled it too.
They said this project is just wasting time as developer has insufficient cashflow to run multiple construction sites..so, Sunsuri project is their lowest priority.
now tower A2 open sell again…A2 big buyer also no more….but recently saw sunsuri site like got do something ,maybe want start construction …haha

I heard this has been changing the plan for 3-4 times and delayed for 2 years++ already. I just received that they are returning RM1k deposit to us. Not sure what is going to happen next. Havanna is now running and Sunsuri is still an empty land. I even heard that they are changing it to half-airbnb/full residence title so sien.
